Thank you for choosing Forever with me keepsakes & memories by Gemma  to make and design your bespoke memorial/keepsake items.

When making these items a few terms and conditions apply, By buying your items you are agreeing to all terms and conditions.

• Time scale of producing your item(s) will vary and you will be told when ordering your item(s) of the production time.

• Memorial/keepsake bears and animal plushie are NOT sold as a toy. Due to these being made from clothing they are not CE tested. And should not be left The bears have safety eyes and noses which can come away and be a hazard. If for any reason these do come off please don’t hesitate to message me. I cannot take responsibility if the damage is from obvious rough handling / plan , , They are unsuitable for play and are for display purposes only. should NOT be left alone with a child under the age of 14 years old 

• Due to the handmade nature I cannot take responsibility if the keepsake (s) has been damage  from obvious use, such as over handling or being rough / play 

• The bears are made from the clothes you, the customer, provides. It is your responsibility to ensure the right amount of items are sent. Unless we have discussed adding additional fabrics/materials by your choice. 

• Clothing must be deemed suitable for me to stitch together, if the clothing is too worn and I am unable to stitch pieces together I can refuse the clothing, you will then be contacted to see if you’d like to send additional clothing, meaning you would have to pay for more postage and packaging.

• The bears / keepsakes are 100% made in the UK.

• All fabric, zips, safety eyes and  safety noses are all sourced from UK suppliers

• Due to items being personalised and made to order from clothing you proved no returns or refunds accepted.

• Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
