When making these items a few terms and conditions apply, By buying your items you are agreeing to all terms and conditions.

The time scale of producing your item(s) will vary and is an approximate time and can change at any time, you will be told when ordering your item(s) of the approximates turnaround time at that present time.

Memorial/keepsake bears  and animal plushie are NOT sold / made as a toy. Due to these being made from clothing they are not CE tested. Because your keepsake ( s ) are made from your  precious clothing, I am unable to CE safety test them - I would need to burn the clothes you send to do so!

Whilst I take every precaution to make my keepsakes as safe as possible, please note that they are sold as keepsakes and NOT toys. They are unsuitable for play and are for display purposes only. They should NOT be left alone with a child under the age of 14 years old 

Due to the handmade nature I can not take responsibility if the keepsake (s) has been damage  from obvious use, such as over handling or being rough / play 

 

The bears are made from the clothes you, the customer, provides. It is your responsibility to ensure the right amount of items have been sent in, Unless we have discussed adding additional fabrics/materials

Clothing must be deemed suitable for me to stitch together, if the clothing is too worn and I am unable to stitch pieces together I can refuse the clothing, you will then be contacted to see if you’d like to send additional clothing, meaning you would have to pay for more postage and packaging. 

The clothing you send in doesn't have to be freshly washed but please do not send any items with obviously overpowering smells and stains 

I will take as much as possible to retain smells of loved ones within the clothing but cant guarantee 

The bears, blankets, cushions and other keepsake (s) are all handmade in the United Kingdom

About your order:​

On completion of your order you will receive an order number – please make a note of this reference in case you do not receive an email confirmation.  An email confirmation will be sent following every order and it is your responsibility to ensure that your email address is correct. You have up-to 12months after purchase to send your clothing to us, after this we may ask for additional payment to complete the order.

When ordering your item(s) you will be asked for any personalisation  message or any special requests in the note box

The information you give me will be used on your item(s), if for whatever reason the information is wrong from incorrect information given and needs repairing this will cost more due to having to rework your item(s).

When it’s in the busier season this could put a delay on your order.

If you have specific items you’d like in certain places, please state this in the boxes when ordering. If no specialisations are stated I will do what I think is the  best design for you item (s). If you haven’t stated any specifications and you are not happy with what I have chosen charges may apply.

Throughout the process I will keep you updated of any problems/obstacles that may appear to ensure you’re happy for me to move forward.

I try my best to meet all requests and designs, due to clothing, sizes, fabrics some instructions may not be possible. Because every item of clothing is different, the keepsake/memorial items can differ from the pictures you see online. If the keepsake (s) isn’t as you pictured I cannot accept responsibility and a refund will not be given, only when the item is clearly faulty will you be given a refund.

Any clothing off cuts leftover will either be discarded to a local recycling unit  or sent back to you depending on what you have selected when you placed your order. All full uncut items  of clothing left over will be sent back, to you,  if there is a high number of clothing left over due to you sending too many item  in this will cost more to send back 

By sending your clothing you are agreeing to me using every piece of clothing, this may only be for one pattern piece, so please think carefully when sending for example a large coat that maybe used for one small pattern piece.

If your item(s) is faulty you have 14days after receiving to report the faults.

Once your items have been cut, they cannot be put back together.

Bears are NOT washable and can be sponge / wipe  cleaned only 

Blankets and cushions covers can be wash at 30c (on a low delicate wash) if the clothing you provided allows for washing 

 

I use the same patterns for each keepsake/memorial pattern. The measurement given are just an approximation due to the variety of clothing used. Any variation can not be avoided therefore I will not replace when they don’t match photographs you’ve seen.

Posted items:

If you are posting items to myself it is your responsibility to ensure it’s packaged safely and securely.

You must send your items recorded and signed for to ensure they arrive safely. 

I post all items recorded delivery and signed for, if for whatever reason your item goes missing I am not held responsible.

Payment:

Payment is to be made in full. You have 7 days to cancel your order. Once paid you have up to 12 months from the date you ordered , to  send you items of clothing into me, If I  haven't received your clothing after the 12 month period  your order will be invalid
